In cooperation with Thermes de La Bourboule we offer a program in the treatment of psoriasis. La Bourboule located in the Auvergne is famous for its clean air, natural settings and its (hot) thermal baths. Thousands of people visit the thermal baths every year to undergo the wellness and healing characteristics of the water and vapors. Our anti psoriasis treatment program holds a minimum of 14 days, preferably we whish you to stay with us 21 day for the program to show its initial results. The program includes:

Yoga helps you to be in better contact with your body. You don't need to be 'super-fit' to do yoga. Everybody has stronger and weaker parts in his body. By paying a lot of attention to this while doing the yoga-poses, and by continuing this attention throughout the day, you will reach a better balance. You will learn this capability when you are with us and you will take what you have learned back home and continue with the program. You will be better in controlling your life, stress and mental and physical fitness.
 

Courses hereby offered have a duration of seven days. We think you should have a minimum of seven days of yoga for it to have a continued positive effect. Classes will be 2 1/2 hour every morning, and every other day additional 1 1/2 hour classes in the afternoon. The rest of the day is free for yourself, other activities, and to enjoy the spectacular surroundings or simply relax.
 

The degree and intensity of the exercises can be adapted to personal possibilities.
 

The groups will be limited, or on an individual basis if you whish, in size (maximum 10 persons) so that individual attention can be given to everyone. You can also organize your own group of min. 6 - max. 10 persons and contact us to find a suitable schedule.
